WARRANTY - CUSTOMER CARE
Our Customer Service team handles all inquiries in the order they are received. Please allow 2-3 business days for our team to reply to your email, this is an estimate and there is no guarantee of this time frame. If you have any questions in regards to our policies and procedures, or want to submit a warranty claim you can do so by emailing us at Support@NeonIceComputers.com
Warranty includes:A dedicated support line that's available to answer any questions before, during or after the purchase of your NIC Computer. Our support team will try to remedy the issue over the phone and if possible, will offer to ship replacement parts out direct for minor corrections, so we can get you back into the game as soon as possible.
NIC has the right to refuse ANY warranty request due to the following or other investigating factors found during the claim process. This includes but is not limited to common factors such as:
Normal wear and tear
If the NIC product has been modified or repaired by personnel other than NIC’s
If the defect or damage has been caused by accident, lightning, or other electrical discharge, fresh or salt water immersion or spray (outside NIC product specifications); or exposure to environmental conditions for which the NIC product is not intended.
where the NIC product is damaged as a result of abuse, accident, or other causes beyond our reasonable control
This warranty also does not apply to, and we are not responsible for, defects or performance problems resulting from: (i) the combination or use of the NIC product with hardware or Software, information, data, systems, interfaces, or devices not made, supplied or specified by NIC; (ii) operating the NIC product under any specification other than, or in addition to, our standard specifications for them; (iii) the unauthorized installation, modification, repair, or use of NIC products; (iv) damage caused by accident, lightning, or other electrical discharge, fresh or salt water immersion or spray (outside NIC product specifications); or exposure to environmental conditions for which the NIC product is not intended; (v) normal wear and tear on consumable parts, or (vi) cosmetic damage and (vii) in contrary with these Terms of Sale. We do not warrant or guarantee the results obtained through the use of the NIC product.
